Registration 2.1: Rename token_endpoint_auth_type to token_endpoint_auth_method

OAuth 2.0, section 2.3 as well as Messages 2.2.1 use the term "authentication method". To have consistency with existing terminology, it might make sense to rename the parameter from "token_endopoint_auth_type" to "token_endpoint_auth_method".

The working group decided that this isn't a compelling reason to make a breaking change at this point in the specification process.
