Nat Sakimura created an issue 2014-08-04

Currently, GETting OpenID2 identifier returns the JWKs, but as suggested in the list by Justin, returning iss probably is better.

On the call of Aug. 4, it was determined that this is the way to go.

This ticket is to track this.
