Unregistered openid2_realm and openid2_id

The OpenID 2.0 to OpenID Connect Migration spec doesn’t register the openid2_realm request parameter or openid2_id claim in the appropriate IANA registries. Do we want to do this as an errata action, now that both registries exist?

We can, though it is not a long term things.

I propose that we never do these registrations. The spec is probably no longer in use, and the names are already sufficiently well scoped, using the “openid2_” prefix, that they are essentially collision-resistant names. I don’t think registering them is worth the costs of creating an errata version of the Migration spec.

I plan to place this issue “on hold” in a week unless objections are raised.
