The work of the EU COMMISSION EXPERT GROUP ON ELECTRONIC IDENTIFICATION AND REMOTE KNOW-YOUR-CUSTOMER PROCESSES (https://ec.europa.eu/transparency/regexpert/index.cfm?do=groupDetail.groupDetail&groupID=3571) is focusing on the conceptual underpinnings for sharing identity attributes among different parties of the ecosystem to facilitate Customer Identification (CI) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) processes.
I suggest we try to present the current work to them and gather feedback whether the draft is a reasonable technical solution to their use cases.

I have talked to Stéphane Mouy about our work. He finds it suitable and also pointed out the bias towards SAML in the EU.
Hinted at ETSi when it comes to implementation of CDD/AML framework defined by the expert group.
Proposal: set up liaison with ETSi activity.
