    I would like to clarify whether “ja” or “jp” is the appropriate prefix. I would also like to understand whether the general drivers license (as already defined in the spec) could be used.

    “ja” is used for language and “jp” is used for country, so this time it is better to use “jp” as the prefix.

    @Naohiro Fujie Why do we need to define a jp_drivers_license? Is the generic driving_permit not sufficient?
