Should ‘toe’ also be present as a claim as defined in rfc8417

From my quick read I would assume 'time' is in OIDC4IDA what 'toe' is in SET. Would you agree?

The time in the verification element covers exactly what toe is supposed to convey, so I find it redundant.

      A value that represents the date and time at which the event

      [RFC7519]).  By omitting this claim, the issuer indicates that
