Assurance: 4.1.1.1. id_document -> time requirement

The time requirement for representing the date when the id document was verified is missing.

FYI the JSON example with id_document doesn’t include time:

Thanks Torsten for clarifying the time spec. It looks good to me now and explains potential timestamp differences well.
