Trust Framework Mapping

In cases where OP and RP maintain claims in accordance with different trust frameworks, who is supposed to do the mapping and how?

Intention of the spec is to make the data maintained by the OP accessible by 3rd parties. The idea is the RP maps the respective metadata to its own context. The OP could also do it, which increases its liability (not only compliance with its own trust framwork but also correct mapping to the other framework.
