Sharpen definition of verification/time vs verification/evidence/time

time claim within verification element is defined as

“Time stamp in ISO 8601:2004 format representing the date and time when identity verification took place”

The id_document evidence has also a time claim:

“Time stamp in ISO 8601:2004 format representing the date when this ID document was verified”

If both are not the same a clearer distinction for usage guidance is needed.
