In the section that describes the new elements in an OPs configuration there is no specification of which of them are OPTIONAL and which REQUIRED.

I would propose the following:

verified_claims_supported REQUIRED

evidence_supported REQUIRED

claims_in_verified_claims_supported REQUIRED

And then conditionally, if "id_document” appears in evidence_supported:

id_documents_supported REQUIRED

id_documents_verification_methods_supported REQUIRED

Can’t find any case where making anything OPTIONAL makes sense.
