A.1.1: Fix example msisdn in regstry section

Hi Mark,

The wiki has no mention of the msisdn claim. It’s the registry contents (Section A.1.1) that still has the old example:

Claim Name:

msisdn

Claim Description:

End-User's mobile phone numer formatted according to ITU-T recommendation [E.164], e.g., "[phone]"
