Identifier for UK DIATF could be clearer

Issue #1306 resolved
Adrian Field created an issue

The UK DCMS trust framework is called the Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (acronym DIATF).

The identifier for the UK framework is currently ‘uk_tfida’, where letters are jumbled up (and don’t even match the current definition ‘UK trust framework for digital identity and attributes’).

It would be clearer to rename the identifier ‘uk_diatf’ so implementers know it is the DCMS framework, and to change the definition to ‘The OP is certified as an identity service provider in the UK Digital Identity and Attributes Trust Framework (DIATF)’

Alastair Treharne (DCMS tech lead) has agreed this would be a clearer identifier (uk_diatf). I will raise a PR for the change.
