Consider adding notes under each evidence type

It would be useful for implementers to understand that they may add claims under each of the evidence types to contain the details collected from a piece of evidence and that these could include claims about the subject such as name or address where these are used the values should be in the standard format used by that specific evidence type such as ICAO for passport.
