id_token example text could be tweaked

https://openid.bitbucket.io/ekyc/openid-connect-4-identity-assurance.html#section-8.15.2 says “The respective ID Token could be” which isn’t really technically accurate as what follows is the decoded body of an id_token.

Changing the text to “The decoded body of the respective ID Token could be” would be an easy fix. There may be an argument for having at least one real example id_token in all it’s base64url glory.
