[Attachment] editorial improvements

A number of minor editorial enhancements:

Slight re-word of Abstract to broadend the utility suggested
Reword of section 4 “Attachments” for readability and accuracy
Improvements to 4.2 “External Attachments” to better reference OAuth 2.0
Section 4.3 “External attachment validation” add alg to point 8
Section 6 “Client Registration and Managememt” - qulaify this setion to say if using OIDC and OpenID Registration
Section 7 “OP Metadata” - reword of sentence in definition of digest_algorithm
Section 8.2 “Example responses” - add a note to state that embedded attachment values are truncate
