On line 199 of attachments .md it states that “If the OP supports external attachments, at least the algorithm `sha-256` shall be supported by the OP as well.“

Do we really mean to say that sha-256 must always be implemented?

    Latest RFC6920 update (c.2022) lists nothing weaker than sha-256…perhaps change the language from ‘shall be supported’ to ‘the minimum required’?
