  • Mark and Naohiro had a meeting with some members from OpenID Foundation Japan KYC working group
  • OIDF-Japan KYC WG is focusing on three areas
    • continuous KYC
    • KYC for legal entity
    • UI/UX on KYC
  • at the meeting, we discussed how to collaborate with around legal entity area
  • Azusa shared the usual company verification method
  • Mark showed us UK government API which provides information of legal entities include relationship with natural person who represents the company.
  • There is a similar system which is provided by Japanese government and we discussed that it would be great if Japanese government will support OIDC for IDA in someday together with UK government.
  • After the meeting, Naohiro had a short chat to the people from the ministry of economy which provides the api and we decided to have a meeting to discuss about this topic in 28th.

• Expression Language demo #1186

  • Assertion claim in request object include expression such as 'eq', etc.
  • By setting assertion claim, OP returns only result of matching
    • e.g. request to know whether the balance is greater $500 using expression language, OP returns only yes/no.
  • W3C spec have predication property, but expression language approach seems more generic.
  • Need to review by software vendors and test the spec is useful or not using actual use-cases.
  • Legal agreement between OIDF and Santandar will take 2 weeks
  • The next step would be PR to the OIDF bitbucket
  • To collaborate with the W3C/VC group, Nat try to find out the way to create raison asking Don, Mike, Tony.
  • Kristina will ask DIF how they design selective disclosure, and will feedback in the next call.
