  • Mark, Tosten and Naohiro had a meeting with METI last week to co-work on the legal entity topic.

  • Mark had discussion around age verification topic.

• Incorporation of Santandar contribution
  • Tony asked that where the proposed specs will be adopted, eKYC or core.
  • Claims assertion spec will be suitable for core/ab rather than eKYC.
  • Digital trust protocol authorization code flow will be suitable on FAPI wg
  • Assurance level spec is suitable to the eKYC wg and it can be mapped to existing OIDC4IDA request and response.
  • Santandar has new use-cases which we have never considered and it is quite useful to improve the current spec by adopting the Santandar's specs.
  • Torsten will make comment on the mail thread which we're currently discussing on the mailing list to proceed to the next step.

PRs & Issues

• Issue #1210 - Abort transaction
  • Daniel proposed that it is better to control OP's behavior by RPs whether OP omit the requested claim or abort the transaction.
  • In some case, RPs pay OPs to get specific claims and if OP could not full-filled the request RPs do not want to pay for the transaction. For these cases, it will better that RP request the OP to abort the transaction rather than get claims partially.
  • Daniel will create RP to proceed the discussion.
• Issue #1219 - unknown info or incorrect assertion
  • Kai raised this issue which is separated from age verification discussion for more generic use-cases.

  • Newly raised by Alberto
  • Alberto's proposal is, if OP aware the user is the same person of existing account through KYC process, it is better to have a way to enforce OPs to deal with these account as the same person and return the same subject identifier to RPs.
