- Requirement of attributes to communicate to the originator of the subject during KYC process
- Need to discuss whether this make any change on technical spec such as evidence element or handling id_document attribute.

- Discussion of attribute registration and “local” attribute names - Brian
- In some countries it is required to support local specific attributes
- To avoid collusion the global attributes should be registered on IANA registry
- Brian explained the attributes registration process
- Discussing the local attributes shoud be registered on IANA registry or not.
- If putting own name space to these attributes and maintain registration process by the OIDF, it will be required on the OIDF to have governance process like IANA experts do now.
- This problem is not only for eKYC&IDA but also for other specs on the OIDF
- Don will bring this issue to the board of directors meeting
