- Naohiro had a presentation about IDA spec at plenary.
- The National Institute of Informatics in Japan is a level 2 trust framework provider organization under Kantara Initiative for Japanese universities and research institutes. Naohiro is a member of policy making committee there and they're considering next generation policy include KYC for legal entity.

PR #76 / Issue ~~#1231~~ – Negotiation of token types – Kai
- Original concern which Torsten had was OP cannot know what RP intent to do with access_token even if the access token is bearer.
- The current PR is is partially address on the issue and need to discuss how to address the whole issue.
- Torsten suggested add a kind of flag to assert the type of access_token.
- Joseph's opinion is not sending access_token to client that might not need it.
- Kai will change the PR to support different token type
PR #77 / Issue ~~#1249~~ - OP Metadata –– Mark
- Waiting for PR63 is merged
- Changed to mentioning "REQUIRED when supporting OpenID Connect for Identity Assurance"
- Torsten said that it's over writing that add the sentence for each line. It is enough to write at the head of the document.

Conformance testing – Issue #1199 – Joseph
- No progress for 2 or 3 month.
- Nat will talk with Joseph and Mike how to prioritize this.
