      • Using transaction number to make cross references between evidence and identity process.
      • Naohiro commented the response is too large to put into id_token payload and too complex to validate on RP, for example if OP charges to issue the response and the response has lack of consistency of cross reference, the RP does not want to pay for the transaction.
