RFC6736 incorrectly referenced in Foreword

The end of the Foreword of http://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-part-2-wd-02.html has "This part is intended to be used with [RFC6749], [RFC6750], [RFC6736], and [OIDC]." However, I strongly suspect that RFC6736 is a typo that should actually say RFC7636.

RFC7636 is PKCE while RFC6736 is Diameter Network Address and Port Translation Control Application
