BCP for OAuth 2.0 for Native Apps clause wording could be improved

Part 1 5.2.3 says that all clients:

shall adhere to the best practice stated by [BCP212]

I suspect this should have a qualifier like "if the client is a native app".

Withdrawing confusing clause re native apps

This clause needed clarification, but we decided to remove it as there is more explaination in the security considerations.
