RFC6749, RFC6750, OIDC are not referenced directly with “shall” in this document thus they should live in Bibliography per ISO/IEC Directive Part 2.

I don’t think I understand the rational for adding RFC7636 (PKCE) to the bibliography. I can’t see any reference to it and I don’t see how it would help given the lack of a front channel, that asymmetric client authentication is required and that public clients are not permitted.
