Intro text in Basline

I think some introductory content in the Introduction section of Baseline is needed. This will likely be the entry point (I think anyway?) for many readers so some intro or context setting or something here is important. It’s rather disjoint currently.

Could you please provide a proposal for this? I’m not sure what would go into the text.

“The baseline Financial-grade API (FAPI) profile is a security profile of the OAuth 2.0 Authorization Framework [@!RFC6749] and related specifications suitable for high-value scenarios.”

I dunno. Something that says what the document is. There could be more. But that’s something.

I added a bit more text in https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/commits/1109d5df78fd44dbd1e608d44ae356f7ba1fb84c. I’d like to keep it a bit shorter than the rather extensive FAPI 1.0 front matter, but I acknowledge that the current text could still need some “meat”.
