Numbering in part 2 changed between ID2 and final

Comparing:

There has been some renumbering of bullets that would be good to undo - e.g. the ‘exp’ requirement was clause 13 in ID2 and is clause 12 in final.

In short, Part2-5.2.2-9 in the proposed final version should be Part2-5.2.2-10.

I've checked section 5.2.2 in id2 against final preview 5 and they all look to have matching numbering to me - closing this.
