Proposed change to FAPI-RW-ID2 certification tests: including nbf in request obj

The current certification tests never include nbf in request objects.

As FAPI-Advanced-Final includes nbf as mandatory the intention is to also include nbf in the request objects in some (but not all) of the existing id2 tests, as there will be interoperability issues if servers don’t accept nbf.

(I don’t really expect any servers to fail because of the inclusion of nbf, this is just advanced warning of the change so that no one is caught unaware. If anyone objects please add a comment to this issue.)
