FAPI2 Baseline: Links to Normative References

1. [OIDD] and [RFC8414] in the first clause in Section 2.2.1 of FAPI 2.0 Baseline Profile (20 May 2021) should be valid links.
2. [OIDD] is not included in Section 3 Normative References.
3. It is better to refer “OpenID Connect Core 1.0 incorporating errata set 1” as [OIDC] instead of [OpenID] to align with FAPI 1.0.
