Rename "FAPI2: Advanced Authorization"

I’m pretty concerned about the name “FAPI2: Advanced Authorization”; I think it’s very likely to get confused with “FAPI2: Advanced”. I think it’d be good if we could come up with a more differentiated name.

    I suggest we close this issue as we’ve decided to retire this spec and just refer to RAR and Grant Management from the main security profile
