Remove newline after 5.1. (1)

Directly after 5.1. (1) and before 5.1. (2) there is an additional new line. There is both a <br> and then a link: <a href="#section-5.1-3.1.1" class="pilcrow">¶</a> that seem to be creating an unnecessary newline between point 1 and point 2 in section 5.1.

This was “accidentally” addressed in https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/pull-requests/457

The reason for the newline were two space characters at the end of the line. I removed all whitespace characters at line endings in the PR.
