JARM IANA registrations are missing

As the title says

https://www.iana.org/assignments/oauth-parameters/oauth-parameters.xhtml is missing the registrations from JARM Sections 7.1 and 7.2

Indeed it seems that somehow the infallible OIDF document publishing process forgot to do the actual requests for registration. Also forgot to update of [[ this specification ]] a few times. Ultimately I blame the document authors* for these mistakes.

Someone should send the email requesting registration. Is that on the authors? Or the OIDF Secretary? Official IETF/IANA liaison? WG chairs, e.g., Anthony Nadalin? Other?

The registration requests have been rejected and an errata version of JARM that fixes errors will likely be needed.
