Update CIBA examples

Update (some of the) CIBA examples to be more illustrative of it being a core profile. Some possibilities:

• additional scope value(s)
• use a binding_message
• use something non encrypted as the hint
• not using acr_values

Pull request #41 has proposed changes for this

Is the proposal that take the original CIBA examples (such as referencing acr_values) and move them to the MODRNA Profile or it's not needed?

I think it would make sense to have the MODRNA CIBA Profile put back in MODRNA specific content including but not limited to examples.
