Issue #169
resolved
Since CIBA is mostly related to transactions related to money, is it possible to have a parameter related to sending banking details or transaction details as “transaction_content“

Or, can Rich OAuth 2.0 Authorization Requests be utilized?

reporter Thanks for introducing me to the API_lodging_intent @Joseph Heenan .
We can add custom parameters in the ciba auth request [JSON] based on the use case and CIBA specification need not comprise a parameter specifically for this purpose. Correct me if I am wrong! @Takahiko Kawasaki

Discussed, but no action to be taken. The spec supports custom params.

For money related transactions you should use (and certify to) the higher-security FAPI-CIBA profile as defined in https://openid.net/specs/openid-financial-api-ciba-wd-02.html
This mentions the FAPI lodging intent document to show patterns for passing transactional details: https://bitbucket.org/openid/fapi/src/master/Financial_API_Lodging_Intent.md
