Using lower case msisdn

Section 3.1.1 and section 3.2.1 of OpenID Connect MODRNA Discovery profile includes the optional parameter “msisdn” while section 6 in the OpenID Connect MODRNA Authentication profile use the parameter “MSISDN” to reference the value. Shouldn’t the parameter value align with the discovery and be lower case (“msisdn”)?
