The registration requests in https://openid.net/specs/openid-client-initiated-backchannel-authentication-core-1_0.html#rfc.section.16 haven’t been done https://www.iana.org/assignments/oauth-parameters/oauth-parameters.xhtml

I suspect that was just a forgotten step during publication.

We need to make the formal request(s) to IANA, with a pointer to sec 16, to have the entries added to the registries.

Is the comment related to what IANA added to the OAuth Authorization Server Metadata registry based on this issue?

Sorry, it’s all a bit hard to follow. With that comment I was just trying to tie some related issues and emails together.

The OAuth Authorization Server Metadata Registration request is done by IANA and looks okay.

The OAuth Dynamic Client Registration Metadata Registration request has not been done and led to Issue #211

The OAuth Parameters Registration (confusing name b/c it’s a specific individual registry on the page with many OAuth registries but the same name as that one) has not been done and the text in CIBA looks to have a mistake ("Parameter usage location" should have "token request" rather than "token response" I think) that should probably be fixed in errata and the actual eventual registry entry
