Non-compliant scope in example

the example decoded non-normative jwt decoded shows a scope of "openid makepaymennt - this is a non-compliant scope.

Updated the scope statement to be "openid payments" which I think is compliant but will get confirmation. There is additional work to make all the examples consistent, in this case I believe the examples should reflect an SSA that allows for both the AISP and PISP roles, but only the scope associated with the PISP role is requested by the TPP. If this is wrong or inadvisable, we can reopen the issue or create a new one.
