Case inconsitency

In openid-risc-event-types-1_0.txt, at 2.5. Identifier Changed, the property ‘new-value’ casing is inconsistent with the casing if the other proprerties, like ‘subject_type' or 'token_subject’.

It should be named 'new_value'.
