Spike: Connect 2 Switches [5 pts]

This is an EPIC of sorts:

1) create 2 switches through mininet, with a link between them 2) confirm kilda discovers those 2 switches, and the link between them 3) create a flow between the 2 switches 4) send a dpv, confirm it is successful 5) send real traffic
