Worksheet.cell implementation is not consistent with documentation

Issue #296 resolved

The documentation, by way of example, implies that Worksheet.cell is indexed starting with 1, when in reality it starts with 0.

Seems like the documentation has the right idea to me, and the implementation should be changed to be consistent with it.

I'm not sure if this really counts as a bug. It's certainly ambiguous and, therefore, confusing to have 0-indexed, 1-indexed and ABC-indexed as we currently have.

Please continue the discussion on the mailing list based on my recent post.
