No wheel for latest version

Issue #696 wontfix
Adam Johnson created an issue

This project has bdist_wheel configuration in its setup.cfg but no wheel has been published. This implies that the bdist_wheel step was missed in release. A full sdist + bdist_wheel release can be done with python setup.py clean sdist bdist_wheel upload. You can also upload the wheel right now by checking out the source code at the version for the last release and running python setup.py clean bdist_wheel upload. This will speed up everyone's installs 🐇 😄

We did do wheels for a while but they didn't respect the manifest and included the tests and test files which we didn't want so we stopped making them.

I'm personally pretty meh on wheels but this looks workable. @ericgazoni what do you think?

You are probably already installing the tests in your sdist too, since your setup.py has find_packages with no filters. You can do find_packages(exclude=['openpyxl.tests', 'openpyxl.tests.*']).

I'm currently trying to get this to work but none of the above suggestions work. Going to stick with the manifest.

This is fixed by #243. Tests will no longer be included in wheels.

Given the original issues behind not updating this have apparently been resolved, any chance of getting this updated? It's a bit annoying to run pip download --only-binary=:all: openpyxl to get a wheel package and only getting 2.0.2. If nothing else, perhaps those older releases could be removed? Not sure if pypi lets you do that though
