Reduced the _ct_common_get_data to just the common data! New _ct_get_series_data for the series data. Now should only get each exposure once, and write it to the series sheet and add to the all data string at the same time. Refs #352

Corrected and improved CT data export. Export of 411 varied studies before change took 247 seconds. With the new code it took 112 seconds - 45% of the time. Fixes #352
