Orientation of skin map display not correct.

Issue #397 on hold
Ed McDonagh created an issue

Experiments with a Siemens Artis Zee creating RDSR that are extracted by OpenREM and displayed in the OpenREM interface using openSkin code have shown that the positioning of the x-ray source relative to the patient and to other events is not always correct.

@dplatten, @jacole, anyone else reading this - given Jon's availability to work on openSkin over the next few weeks, we need to make some decisions.

    Do we

    1. Postpone the release of 0.7 until the orientations are right (after all, it is an awesome addition to OpenREM)
    2. Remove the openSkin integration, leaving just the export function, and release 0.7.1 with it back in again when it has been fixed
    3. Make it off by default, with some strong wording around the option to turn it on along with new stronger warnings on the display page
    4. Something else entirely

    Thoughts please

If we exclude 3, I think my preference would be 2. As long as we can kill off the other open issues.

It would be pretty simple to comment out a few bits of code so that the user doesn't see skin dose maps or their options, whilst leaving in the required database fields for when the skin dose maps are ready. Would you like me to do that?
