Exporting charts as png or svg often results in files with incorrectly labelled x-axis.

The exported graphics files always seem to have their x-axis labels in alphabetical order, regardless of how they appear on the on-line chart. I'm investigating whether this is a problem with my code or the exporting routine.

Updated JavaScript chart sorting so that graphical export of charts is correct. Tested on the fluoroscopy average chart for a series per system and also a single combined series using a variety of sorting options. Fixes issue #424.
