Refs #491 Add extraction of the dose check details for CT

Implemented extraction of dose check details. Partly tested as no RDSR available with 'reason for proceeding' and/or 'forward estimates'

Added _person_participant function to extract person information, applied it to _ct_dose_check_details. Added display of person name in web interface. Refs #491

Alerts data now exporting as per web interface. Now to add notifications. @LuukO, @dplatten: I'm putting all this data in prose in one cell for each series. Individually each element could take up a dozen cells for each series. Do you agree with my approach? Refs #491

  4. Ed McDonagh

Added notifications to export. Corrected a few references to alert in the notifications section of web interface text. Now need to add tests. Refs #491

@edmcdonagh, I don't think that taking up a dozen cells for this data is a good idea, so I think what you've done is fine.

Thanks David. My concern is that for those who want to care about this technique (I think it is very ill-judged myself!), they won't be able to sort or colour-code based on alert or notification values being exceeded.

Once I've de-identified the example @LuukO gave me I'll be able to add it into the repository and you can see what it looks like.

I think you're right to fit all data in one cell per series. And you don't need to de-indentify my example. That was already done. Or do you want to de-identify also the hospital and manufacturer / model (by the way, you might have seen an unknown model, but Toshiba just officially launched it at RSNA)

  8. Ed McDonagh

I tend to de-identify the hospital and serial numbers etc as well as the patient details. But I like to keep the manufacturer and model as it is useful to keep that information.
