Links from number of events histograms are broken

The links on histogram bars in charts of number of events per study or request are broken. Clicking on them uses the histogram bar range to filter DLP, when the values are actually related to the number of acquisitions in that study or request.

I don't think that we can filter on number of events at the moment, so I will remove the hyperlinks on the histograms for these charts.
