Laterality has been moved at event level!

CP 1676 removed optional ‘Anatomical structure’ content item as is was a duplicate of mandated ‘Target region’, and moved the laterality child from the former to the latter.

rdsr.py currently only looks for the laterality child in the ‘Anatomical structure’ sequence and therefore misses the attribute on RDSRs that conform to the new standard (about 2017d onwards).
