Ed McDonagh created an issue

OpenREM executables to extract data and import it to the database don't work on Windows until that have a .py filename suffix. Currently there is no dot suffix.

Added '.py' to the script names and modified the distribute setup configuration accordingly. Will need to modify docs and test. See #10.

    Tested in linux

    • no problem with a fresh install
    • Existing installs have the scripts replaced as expected, but will need to edit any scripts that call them...
