RF exports need overhaul, plus missing data

Georgia Sandler Guimaraes has pointed out in the Google group that the general exports of RF data do not include the SDD information (it is in the OpenSkin export).

RF has also been excluded from the excellent improvements David has been making to exports in Issue 1004 because the RF export is too complicated and needs to be entirely overhauled.

So when this does happen, the values that are exported need to be reviewed to see if there are any other useful numbers missing.
