Store SPR images for visualising mAs and CTDIvol along Z for CT

Information exists in the scan projection radiograph to match up slice mAs or CTDIvol information. This allows useful display of the changing mAs vs. the anatomy.

Consideration needs to be given to whether the imgase are stored within the database, or on disk; where on the disk; anonymisation.
