Some acquisition protocols not being displayed on plots. It seems that the Q filtering is removing some data that it shouldn't be.

    Removed the Q filtering for null or blank acquisition protocols and study descriptions. Replaced this with a check for null dose records. This addresses issue #156. A knock-on effect of this change is that there is a bar for 'None' in each of the plots if there are any data in the system without a study description or acquisition protocol. This is probably not a problem for real data.
